The Brief
One of my major responsibilities whilst at Croner was the re-design of Croner Professional Admin portal — a now 20 + year old HR case issue and Employee tracking tool used primarily by the HR and line managers of businesses.
My role was to produce visual design, prototypes and user experience. I was also involved with user testing and research — and worked closely with the front-end/back end teams to ensure quality, and interactions were considered from concept to completion.
Every UX and visual design decision was made with clients experience in mind — and was viewed through the lens of helping existing clients get to a point of productivity sooner. It was my intention that the CP Admin should naturally adapt to the way Line Managers work best, and remain easy-to-use.
